Hunting
License
With our 'hunting
license' arrangement, we can work on a contingent basis, seeking
partners for you in return for commissions on the business generated
by those partners. This tends to be most attractive to our
clients with limited resources to focus on Japan (i.e., cash and
management time).
Our job is to
find the best partner for you while minimizing demands on your time
and budget. We learn about your company, products, and objectives,
then make introductions and qualify prospects. We need marketing
materials and evaluation copies from you for use in this process.
We keep you informed of progress and ask you to respond to questions
from prospects as they arise.
Our objective
is to get term sheets from one or more capable, committed prospects
and assist you in completing a deal with the ones most attractive
to you.
